Symphony Honolulu is located at 888 Kapiolani Boulevard directly across the street from the Neil Blaisdell Center on Ward Avenue near Honolulu’s cultural district.
The project is being developed by San Diego based developer Oliver McMillan. When completed, the 418 foot, 43 story, mixed-use condominium project will have 388 private condominium residences including one, two, and three bedroom units. Prices stated at the low $500,000 range for one-bedroom residences to the high $800,000 range for three bedroom residences. At this time there are a few two and three bedroom residences remaining starting in the low $900,000 range. The development included approximately 100 reserved housing units which were awarded by lottery.
Amenities include a 7th floor terrace lounge with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a yoga studio, a private movie theatre multi-media rooms, a social dining room, and an infinity pool and Jacuzzi along with cabanas for entertaining guests. The building features panoramic views of Honolulu and is located just minutes from downtown Honolulu.
Symphony will also host approximately 80,000 square feet of commercial/industrial units which will include the home of JN Exotics, Hawaii’s premier luxury auto dealer.
