It is located at 600 Queen Street, and sits on the corner of Queen and South Street, just one block from the planned Civic Center Station of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation. The building consists of 352 one, two and three bedroom units. There are also 4 commercial units on the ground level. Each has central a/c, and many host ocean and harbor views. The kitchens were designed with stainless steel appliances, maple wood cabinets, and granite counters. The one bedroom units are 673 sq. ft., while the two bedroom units range from 934 sq. ft. to 1,045 sq. ft. The three bedroom units are 1,402 sq. ft.
Keola Lai Fitness Room
Units located on the ma uka side of the condo have views into Nuuanu and the Koolau mountain range. The building is pet friendly, however there is a limit of one pet per apartment. Association rules restrict units being rented or leased for less than 30 days. Amenities at the Keola Lai include a bbq pavilion, swimming pool and whirlpool spa, fitness center, bicycle and surfboard storage, and 24 Hour Security.
