The Collection LLC is an affiliate of A&B Properties, a long-time island company dating back to the 1870s.
The Collection at 600 Ala Moana Boulevard is a $200 m development that will include a 397 unit high-rise tower, a 54 unit mid-rise building, and 14 townhouse units. The mixed use development will also feature retail shops and restaurants on the ground level.
Prices in the 43 story high-rise tower started at the high $300,000 range for the one bedroom units and three bedrooms units extended up to the $1,000,000 range. The lofts started at the mid $300,000 range for the studios and extended up to the high $500,000 range for the two bedrooms. The tower includes 397 residences including 86 one bedroom units, 236 two bedroom units, and 75 three bedroom units.
In May 2015, Alexander and Baldwin reported that the project was 94% sold. There are only a few remaining units in the tower with prices for the two bedrooms starting at the mid $700,000 range and three bedrooms in the mid $900,000 range. The lofts are sold out at this time.
Amenities at the Collection include entertainment “flex” rooms which will feature “fitness on demand” and will also provide the ability for residents to entertain guests. There will be a fitness center as well as fitness rooms for yoga and other work outs. Collection will also feature surfboard and bicycle storage areas, swimming pool, barbeque pavilions, and a dog wash and play area.
Directly across the street from Kakaako Makai, the Collection will host panoramic views of the coastline, Honolulu, and surrounding areas.
