The Moana Pacific consists of two towers located on a six acre property on Kapiolani Boulevard between Piikoi Street and Pensacola Street in Kakaako. The address for the East Tower is 1296 Kapiolani Boulevard, and the West Tower is 1288 Kapiolani Boulevard. The condos are within walking distance from the Ala Moana Center and the planned Ala Moana Station of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART). It is located in the Kapiolani neighborhood of Kakaako.
The Moana Pacific was built in 2007 and developed by KC Rainbow Development Co. There are a total of 720 apartments and each of the towers is 48 stories. According to the House Rules, units shall not be rented for less than 90 days. The condominium is pet friendly with a limit of two pets per unit.
The towers are made up of one, two and three bedroom units. The one bedroom units are 704 sq. ft. Two bedroom units are 927 sq. ft. to 1,150 sq. ft., and the three bedroom units are 1,246 sq. ft. to 2,396 sq. ft. Units on the ma uka side of the building host panoramic views of the Koolau Mountain Range and peer into Makiki Valley. Units on the ma kai side of the building have gorgeous ocean views looking out toward the Ala Moana Beach Park and Honolulu Harbor.
Amenities include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, bbq area, party room, recreational deck, playground, fitness center, movie theatre, putting green, and driving range.
